As Executive Vice President of Lynch Pinnacle Group, Megan Molloy runs the firm’s day-to-day operations while applying her strategic marketing acumen towards planning the firm’s short and long-term growth. Which includes identifying opportunities that drive revenue and create value, including influencer, third party-referrals, creative strategic partnerships, alliances and thought leadership strategies.
Megan’s diverse background in marketing, business development, and operations has given her a reputation as a well-rounded and collaborative business leader. Prior to joining LPG, Megan worked with Tony Lynch at Odell, Simms, and Lynch, where she and Tony worked side-by-side growing the firm’s fundraising and economic development divisions. In recent years, Megan has been responsible for the business development strategy, marketing and communications plans for a nationally ranked, top revenue-producing brokerage team at global commercial real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and a hybrid registered investment advisor (RIA) /brokerage investment firm.
Outside of her work with LPG, Megan enjoys dedicating her time to business and philanthropic communities. She is on the President’s Council of her undergraduate Alma Mater, Mount Saint Mary’s University and is co-chair of the Washington, D.C. Alumni Chapter of her graduate school, The University of College Dublin’s Michael Smurfit School of Business. She recently stepped down as chair for The Ireland Fund America’s Young Leaders (Washington, D.C. Chapter) after serving in that role for five years, she continues to participate as a Steering Committee member and assists in the planning of all Washington, D.C. fundraising events. The Ireland Funds is a non-profit organization that is the largest network of friends of Ireland dedicated to supporting programs of peace and reconciliation, arts and culture, education and community development throughout the island of Ireland.
Megan puts a priority on fitness and health, beginning most mornings with CrossFit, yoga, or an outdoor run. She enjoys traveling in and outside the U.S. to both new and familiar places, with Bermuda being one of her favorite destinations after years of visiting the island through her father’s business travel. In her free time, she enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, exploring the offerings of Washington, D.C., spending time with family and friends, and learning new recipes.
