Director of Operations & Executive Assistant
Hadleigh directly supports Lynch Pinnacle Group’s CEO and other Senior Executives. Hadleigh brings her collaborative and communicative skills to serve as a link between LPG and our clients. She manages communication and implements strategies to improve productivity while prioritizing Executives to focus on servicing our clients. Hadleigh also supports the creative and strategic process of research and marketing at Lynch Pinnacle Group.

Denise Hollywood
Senior Advisor
Denise works directly on Lynch Pinnacle Group’s military and veterans accounts. Denise’s experience has spanned more than 30 years in the military, hospitality, aerospace defense, and non-profit sectors. A retired Lt. Colonel in the Air Force, Denise worked for eight years at Boeing in the aerospace defense industry in a variety of marketing, operations, and customer relations positions. Denise also held senior-level positions at the Air Force Association and Blue Star Families.

Jackie is “a connector” with a depth of contacts in the media, business, civic, education, diversity, and arts spheres. For two decades, she was an Emmy Award winning journalist for CBS News where she reported on the Reagan and Bush-41 administrations, national politics, and the visual arts. She has had a second career as a communications strategist, working with both corporate and non-profit clients. In 2020, Jackie co-authored “A Blessing: Women of Color Teaming Up to Lead, Empower and Thrive.”
